HERE’S HOW IT ALL WENT DOWN:

Pepe is a fan of Aaron Judge because, “besides being an outstanding athlete he is a great person and has a big heart.” So what was it like meeting him?

“We had an amazing time with Aaron! He is a wonderful human being with a big heart, he was kind and humble all the time. When we met him, his first words were, ‘Thank you for being here’ with a big smile on his face. We also met Didi Gregorius and Gleyber Torres, who also are two of our favorite Yankees. We took a lot of pictures with them and they signed some baseballs. It was a dream come true. We played a softball game with these legends… we can’t believe it yet! We had the opportunity to met Aaron’s mom Patricia who was so excited and grateful for the donation. She is a lovely person doing an amazing job with All Rise Foundation.”

“I don´t have words to express what that meant for a Yankee´s fan like me, it was almost unreal.”

We’re so excited for you, Pepe! Check out the amazing photos.

“If there’s a kid that’s struggling in school and going down the wrong path, and they’re able to get into this program and we’re able to motivate them or inspire them to change their outlook or get a chance to go to college or work toward a job they want to go to, that’s changing a life, that’s what it’s about.” –Aaron Judge
